Trident is approved for use in demanding applications such as ESD (Emergency Stop), F&G (Fire and Gas), BMS (Burner Management Systems, High Integrity Pressure Protection Systems, Turbomachinery Control and other critical control applications. An important feature of system design is scalability. Trident supports small, local applications (as small as 32 I/O points per system) and distributed applications larger than 40,000 I/O points.
